About Us:

The Cove Career Planning is part of the Employment and Training Association (EATA) of Dane County, here to support young people ages 16–24—especially those facing barriers or at risk of falling behind.  We assist them in exploring their goals and in creating a plan, so they can build brighter futures. Our staff is welcoming, encouraging, and focused on helping youth discover career paths, gain real-world skills, and grow toward independence.  Each participant is given individual support every step of the way based on their needs.  Individuals are encouraged to stop by The Cove to see what we have to offer.
