Wisconsin Works (W2)

W-2 is one of several work-based programs designed to ensure that everyone in Wisconsin shares in our economic opportunities.

EATA is a partner agency with Dane County Human Services providing employment search, work experience, and training opportunities to participants in the W-2 Program.

EATA’s Participant Coordinators (PCs) coordinate services with Dane County staff to provide an integrated and individualized service to W-2 participants taking into consideration their individual needs, abilities and goals resulting in empowerment and improving program participants’ employability, self-esteem and ability to retain employment.
